ANNA AZZINNARO
Operation Manager
Anna comes to Cargo Partners International Inc. (CPI) with a diploma in Hotel Management, which allows her to utilize business skills developed in areas such as excellent customer services as well as business finances.
With over 7 years industry experience, Anna has been able to specialize in freight forwarding , specifically in Ocean and Ground. Anna can ensure that all her cargo is handled with care and importance.
Her objective is to make sure that all her customer's cargo is shipped the right way, meeting customer expectation at all times.
Nikay Edwards
Coordinator, Ground
Nikay joined Cargo Partners International Inc. (CPI) team in September 2015, She has the education and experience to understand what needs to be done from the client’s perspective.
Nikay specializes in Ocean Exports -Imports.
When it comes to Nikay’s customer service, she always ensures she provides updates to her carriers to ensure that all her shipments are delivered on time and on budget.

ANNA TURCHIO
Business Management Analyst
Anna provides business solutions support to Cargo Partners International Inc. (CPI) team. Anna has worked in personal lines insurance for over 20 years. She received her Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario licence (R.I.B.O) with a focus of learning on customer service, sales and phone channel in the insurance/call center industry. Anna devoted her time to building a strong sense of team by coaching to each team members skill development to assist in their personal and professional growth while hitting all Company and Stakeholders targets. Anna is able to share her insights with CPI to help develop each team members skills as well as assisting in the overall growth of the Company.
Gagan Aulakh
Air Export/Import Specialist
Gagan joined Cargo Partners International Inc. (CPI) team in July 2016. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from HMV College in India along with a Master in Information Technologies from Punjabi University in India. Gagan has the necessary skills to develop and be successful in her role as the Air Coordinator.
Gaqan's dedication is always putting the customer first.

Pansy Ho
Bookkeeper
Pansy joined Cargo Partners International Inc. (CPI) team in 2015. She handles the company’s day-to-day bookkeeping and plays an important role in the company’s financial forecasting, planning and reporting. She has a Bachelor of Commerce from York University with a specialized degree in Accounting. With over 6 years of professional experience in accounting and taxation working with a variety of organizations. This allows Pansy to tap into a range of accounting expertise to fully apply her knowledge to CPI financial stability by always understanding CPI’s needs to best find the right financial advice for the Company’s overall success.
